Prometheus brought fire down from the havens, So why do my dreams seem so absurd? If I wish to catch the wind in a net, What is to stop me but my own fear? Society may call me a fool But what do they know? Society opposed the horseless carriage And was Don Quixote really insane? Windmills are tough. Attack one and it could knock you down in the mud …or up amongst the stars. If it is into the mud I fall I may look at the stars And devise how I may put one in my pocket.

Aril Fools or A Pity Party.

I hate irony. You would never guess that, since I constantly use it for comedic affect, but I do. You see, when ever irony pops up in my life, it's screwing me over. This April Fool's Day I spent my time finding a distraction. This allowed me to get in touch with a few people I haven't seen in ages but it also let new ironies slip in to my life. One person that  I called, has it turns out, was trapped by the same ironies as me. Both of us wasted a great deal of time and enegry on the worng person. And, our wrong persons were getting togther. The B-town Horde

I just spent a plesantly miserable weekend filming an indie short about savage warrors in the city. It's a submission for the Independent Film Channel/Red Bull short film contest. Editing should be done by the end of March. It airs in May.
